So we’ve reached the end of this accounting of about 3 weeks in Thailand during January and February, 2004. (It was written over about 6 months in 2004.) I do find Thailand an endlessly colorful, exciting and friendly place and, as far as food is concerned, I can’t conceive of a better place to travel. I hope that the writing has conveyed some of the wonder and delight of this country and given at least a sense of the friendly and open-hearted people.
