Pad Thai To Go at Nakhon Si Thammarat Market

I don’t recall exactly but this Pad Thai probably cost about 10 baht (about 25 cents), possibly 15 baht. Unfortunately, such dishes are now more often sold in styrofoam boxes rather than the traditional banana leaf baskets. Sometimes such a dish would simply be sold in a plastic bag. Another nah-gkin (looks good to eat) dish — there is simply too much good-looking food in a Thai market! We usually graze all the way through and it often feels like we have to waddle out!
