Chile Curry - Yum

Here is where a large portion of the bull ended up — in a big pot of chile curry (gaeng prik). A red curry dish, made without coconut milk, it is, as you might expect from the name, very spicy! I would have loved to have seen a written recipe for this particular batch. This pot ultimately fed about 150 people.
