Cooking an Oyster Omelette

It is often a losing battle to try not to eat sweets in Thailand. Kasma couldn’t resist buying these treats, featuring Thai Sticky Rice in a coconut sauce with various sweet toppings, to take back to the room to photograph. Well, actually, we did also eat them. Thai deserts are, typically, healthier than American ones; they often include coconut in some form (which is actually very good for you) and usually are not too sweet. Kasma’s website features two recipes with sticky rice that are great favorites — Black Sticky Rice Pudding ) Kao Niow Dahm) and Coconut-Flavored Sticky Rice with Mangoes (Kao Niow Ma-muang). s
